Join us for the fifth edition of “Wicked in the West” on October 9th, 10th & 11th, 2020 in Edmonton, Alberta, Canada

“Wicked in the West” will include the Western Canada Power Exchange and the Western Canada Bootblack competitions, a meet and greet, and workshops on various topics. Saturday evening dinner for all attendees is included in the ticket price, as well as three play parties, vendors and much more!


Due to the Covid-19 pandemic, ticket sales for “Wicked in the West” are on hold until at least June 1st, 2020.  Please watch here for further details.

Please send us an email to wickedinthewestconference@gmail.com if you require special accommodations. We really want to do our best to ensure that Wicked in the West is an inclusive and accommodating space.

Last day for ticket purchase will be September 30th, 2020.

Our host hotel rate is $109.00 plus taxes (double occupancy), including hot breakfast. Hotel rooms must be booked before September 30th, to get this price. Hotel information will be sent once ticket payment has been received.

All Attendees must be 18 years of age.

Real Name

The name on the event registration must match valid government photo ID. This will be confirmed at the registration table on entry and may be checked by Wicked team members (organizers and/or volunteers) if circumstances dictate. Refusal to provide valid photo ID will result in entry to the event being refused and no refund given.

Refund Policy

Prior to July 15th – Purchase price will be refunded less 15% processing fee.

July 16th to September 1st – Purchase price will be refunded less 30% handling fee.

Absolutely no refunds after September 1st, 2020. Registration refunds will occur within 15 business days.

Registration transfers are NOT permitted.

Venue Rules

 It is the responsibility of every attendee to ensure they are aware of the rules that apply in the venue, please ensure you make yourself aware of them. View The Rules.


Wicked in the West shall not be held responsible for any damage or theft of personal items of any attendees, presenters, vendors, or volunteers.

Wicked in the West also shall not be held responsible for any and all injuries/conditions attendees may receive as a result of attending the event. It is our goal to ensure that this event is safe and enjoyable for everyone but we shall not be held liable in the case of any accidents which may occur.
